The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 除了开头部分，基本都没有温导标志性的压迫感氛围，情节逻辑的设定也是吐槽向，显得魔障又神棍。但没办法，一个好底可以遮百丑，虽然是一边刺痒一边拆了好多无聊的纸包，但最后“挠挠”两个字，还是足以成为津津乐道的经典了。

预告片和写真集的氛围感足矣，全片看完十年又少了两小时。

其实让人看下去的是女主的演技和故事，倒不是爱情故事，女主很了不起的就是拯救了男主，帮他重塑人生的意义。茫茫人海，能够遇见爱的人就是最美好的事了，尽管时间有点短。

故事本身挺普通的，但小松菜奈一哭，我也跟着止不住泪流。
如果说温子仁为了迎和当下观众的「恐怖审美」而自甘堕落到这样的水准简直是自毁招牌，而且这个故事的内核——一个男性怪物隐藏在女性身体内肆意作恶，最后需要女性的「自我觉醒」来除恶也太媚俗，而从故事到近于白痴的表演都是简单而幼稚的。
夸张鬼魅的惊悚配乐，主观俯视的镜头调度。
