The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 真是一个宝藏女孩！
很燃！编剧和导演带有明显的偏向，把三位MK战士塑造的弱势又强大，暴力又正义！但这是根据真实事件改编的，一分真实四分改编，为自由而战没错，但就真实事件而言，三位主角远没有电影塑造的完美～但凡挟持人质相关的电影，多多少少都会展示斯德哥尔摩症候群，本片也不例外～自由，对普通人，从古至今，都是最贵的！
影片场景设置有一定特点，整个剧情的发展设置在一个银行圆形大厅里，类似就像设置了一个舞台，剧情的推进也基本以舞台剧的方式，围绕着这个中心的场景发展。

看到三分之二的时候愣是给爷整笑了。就这么放走了警察整个行动的头头？这智商也是没谁了。每个人的动机都不明，此片充分证明了南非电影水平和中国在同一个水平线。
