Whenever I see La Paura I think of it as a companion piece to Eyes Wide Shut, or maybe it is the other way around. Adultery makes both films tick but in different ways. I think Phillip French was right on the money when he pointed out a Wizard of Oz thing in Kubrick's last work. Like Dorothy, Tom and Nicole go through fantasies and nightmares and at the end Dorothy's reassuring childish motto "there's no place like home" is ironically updated to the adult circumstantial adage "there's no sex like marital sex". Kubrick's take is intellectual, he never leaves the world of ideas to touch the ground. He taunts the audience first with an erotic movie and then with a thriller and refuses to deliver either of them. He was married to his third wife for 40 years, until he died. Rossellini was still married to Ingrid Bergman when he directed La Paura; they had been adulterous lovers and their infidelity widely criticized La Paura is a tale, a noirish one. The noir intrigue is solved and the tale has a happy ending. The city is noir; the country is tale, the territory where childhood is possible. The transition is operated in the most regular way: by car, a long-held shot taken from the front of the car as it rides into the road, as if we were entering a different dimension. Irene (Bergman) starts the movie: we just see a dark city landscape but her voice-over narration tells us of her angst and informs us that the story is a flashback, hers. Bergman's been cheating on her husband. At first guilt is just psychological torture but soon expands into economic blackmail and then grows into something else. From beginning to end the movie focuses on what Bergman feels, every other character is there to make her feel something. Only when the director gives away the plot before the main character can find out does he want us to feel something Bergman still can't. When she finds out, we have already experienced the warped mechanics of the situation and we may focus once again on the emotional impact it has on Bergman's Irene. In La Paura treasons are not imagined but real, nightmares are deliberate and the couple's venom suppurates in bitter ways. Needless to say, Ingrid has another of her rough rides in the movies but Rossellini doesn't dare put her away as he did in Europa 51, nor does he abandon her to the inscrutable impassivity of nature (Stromboli). His gift is less transcendent and fragile than the conclusion of Viaggio in Italia. He just gives his wife as much of a fairy tale ending as a real woman can have, a human landscape where she can finally feel at home. Back to the country, a half lit interior scene where shadows suggest the comfort of sleep. After all, it's the "fairy godmother" who speaks the last words in the movie.
我好烦这种一直在铺垫大战，铺垫了两个小时一直不打，最后一个镜头是一群人向远方走去/飞去的电影。
忠实地还原了原作中最土最闷最落后时代的部分，对于精华的神棍要素则表现得非常普通，期待最高的沙虫部分前面还行，最后一个镜头也给整麻了，看起来最多10米吧。整体土得像中东张艺谋，古惑仔和拼刺刀也太他妈搞笑了，谁是武指。我可以接受科技不高的太空舞台剧，但是这也太舞台剧了，沙漠就像个很美的布景，人物表现上看起来户外也就二十来度，既不晒，也不烤，小风一刮还挺好。穿不穿防护服也不怎么打紧，多大的风沙子也不迷眼睛，户外设施也都拆骨里新，完全不像沙漠里的磨损度。张震这个纯纯的傅满洲造型也太刻板了，人家尚气都知道避嫌，怎么维导还在用这种造型。

在一堆黑白人里面，唯一的华人是个叛徒。
他们肯定看不到沙丘变得宜居的那一天了，但他们相信，他们的子孙、他们子孙的子孙……总有一天能看到。
制作当然很精良，但这难道不是这个时代商业片中最廉价的东西之一吗？
有很多男性写小说一样的优缺点，世界观很宏大，男主很厉害，但就是……看得困，不动人。谁能告诉我，男主和他妈真的没有点什么吗？！
又臭又长，还3D，一个像样的高潮都没有，除了视觉奇观，故事一塌糊涂，全部在为沙丘23做背景介绍，也许23会好看，但1作为一部独立电影真的啥都不是。说句不好听的，当做3集的剧集都很拉胯。

天选之茶，传女不传男的吼功尚未练成。沙漠春药，闻到就会梦现佳人倩影，终弥得佳人，高出携手，俯瞰沙丘。
太漫长了，一个小时顶天的内容不停慢镜头慢镜头，傻白甜男主拖着一个孕期荷尔蒙失调的妈咪出逃就能写40分钟，全片最敬业的就属沙虫，要是香料真是沙虫拉的粑粑的话，沙虫两个多小时长途奔袭被溜来溜去就吃了一车自己的粑粑和四个牙缝都不够塞的龙套，看着有够可怜
配乐太牛了，电影院里听的都起鸡皮疙瘩。剧情推进基本流畅，制作精良，男主颜值在线，有啥理由给7分呢？我不管我给五星，期待下半部！
《沙丘》属于那种，如果你~就去看，如果不是，不看也可以的电影。这个如果后面的空可以填，设计，美术以及相关，科幻爱好者，甜茶粉，原著党正好最近约会想看电影等等。从故事性来讲，这就是一个少年王道的电影，基本没有新鲜的东西。毕竟原作品很早了。从科幻的角度来讲，它不像盗梦空间，或者星际穿越这种，你必须要去看的电影。因为后者的概念完全是属于未来的，新的，颠覆性的。这个电影好看是好看的，虽然啥结局我都不意外，但下一部我还是会去看的。我主要就是看他的精美的制作。另外，这电影又是一部非常适合写解读文排队装b的电影。

另类王子复仇记前传，我就没搞懂你们外星人科技都这么发达还能开个人领域了，打架尼玛还是拿匕首互搏。剥下科幻的外衣，野蛮程度和争夺和权利的游戏并无区别，还是封建主子那一套，发展科技的时候不能建设下精神文明吗？女人依旧是黑袍+头纱遮住脸，看得我只想用社会主义的铁拳把这吃人的制度砸烂
