这部电影不仅在探讨性侵事件中的性别议题，同时也是对观众的一场考验和审判，它是如此值得被探讨，以至于它如果让你一度持有怀疑态度，或能让你进一步反思制度，或者更坚定自己的立场，那都是一种进步。

最后看完双方律师的结案陈词，有那么一瞬间，我也迷失了，这样的事情发生了，一对恋人永远散了，究竟应该怎么判？！男子的爸爸无比信任自己的儿子，但被问到，“如果那个是你女儿呢？！”他说：“我会杀了他。”
说了又说，也只能在小法，特别男辩，可能是片子要表达的，纯属扯淡呀，不选男主无罪就是犯法，更tm扯淡，无底线呀。剧中老家伙不耐烦，其刚有女儿小妻子说，要是你的女儿你怎么办，“杀了他”。看到了吗。扯了二小时蛋。
表演、剧本、台词、特效、人物和皮套的特摄感，都太失水准了，一言难尽，也很值得同情。圆谷的ip真不行。
《鸭先知》or《诗》还能看，王菲的歌，这系列可以别拍了嘛…

各方面都及格了。甚至看在新生代这么拉胯的情况下，还能再加一颗星。
很多人间世事是无法单纯地用法律准则来衡量的。
一个罗生门的故事，双方的行为都符合既定人物个性和生长环境的逻辑和语境，大量的时长拉满了人物的复杂性和故事的迷雾，但其实就是简单的两个人和一件事而已，庭审上证人女孩的发言或许最能说明这个案件的痛点，许多性侵犯因频繁发生而被所有人视为“正常”，当有女性感觉这“不正常”时已难以论证。
